As a Project Coordinator at Liftra, you will play an integral role in coordinating dedicated internal teams to successfully deliver cutting-edge lifting and transportation solutions for the wind turbine industry. You will be an essential member of our project management office, overseeing various processes from design to commissioning. Therefore, a solid technical foundation is essential for this role.
About the job
As a coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding projects through multiple phases, including engineering design, production, assembly, and overload testing. Your role as a Project Coordinator entail executing and optimizing your assigned tasks provided by Project Managers, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
Your primary assignments:
- Prepare and maintain internal project plans and related risks
- Predict resource requirements and estimate budgets
- Coordinate project allocated resources
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings
- Continuously report progression and/or obstacles to stakeholders
- Contribute to the further development of the project processes
About you
You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks. You build relationships with trust and follow-through on tasks by taking ownership.
You have a technical background as a graduate in production technology or have acquired knowledge at an equivalent level.
Qualifications and attributes of the ideal candidate:
- Self-starting and structured to successfully coordinate own projects
- 3+ years of experience from a similar position (preferably from the wind industry)
- Flexible and agile since these are keywords of the Liftra culture
- A colleague who takes responsibility and expects the same from us
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
