Manager of Duck It Aarhus and Aalborg

We are looking for a new manager for our Streetfood Kitchen Duck It in both Aalborg and Aarhus fulltime. 

Requirements:

# Experience of atlest 3 years in the food industry

# Flexibility of travelling to Aarhus and Aalborg

# Excellent organisational and management skills

# Understanding of food safety regulations according to Danish Standards

# A good leader and team player Strong communication skills

# Danish is not a must but an advantage

# Proactive mindset with a customer centric approach, anticipating needs and providing timely solution Responsibilities

# Overall management of the stores and staffs in Duck It Aalborg and Aarhus #planning out staffs' mobility and responsibilities

# Ordering and managing the supplies needed for the store and staffs

# A bridge between the staffs and the administration

# Everyday accounting of the store
